Maesa has announced the sale of its European and Middle Eastern businesses (Maesa EMEA) to Knowlton Development Corporation, Inc. (kdc/one), a calculated move meant to accelerate expansion. With this transaction, Maesa will be able to concentrate on its core operations and build its portfolio of high-growth brands both domestically and internationally.
